The focus areas of the Quantum Communication and Security Track include:
- How interactive quantum protocols can achieve beyond-classical security and novel applications
- How to make quantum communication resistant to environmental noise
- How quantum computers can be used to attack cryptography
- How to build classical encryption and authentication methods that are provably resistant to quantum attacks
- How running encryption and authentication methods on quantum devices can enable new quantum attacks
