The focus areas of the Quantum Communication and Security Track include:

1. How interactive quantum protocols can enable classically-impossible tasks
2. How to make quantum communication resistant to environmental noise
3. How quantum computers can be used to attack cryptography
4. How to build classical encryption and authentication methods that are provably resistant to quantum attacks
5. How running encryption and authentication methods on quantum devices can enable new quantum attacks

Track meetings are held on Zoom the second Friday of every month, and usually include a research presentation from one of the member groups.
